During my time in college I worked coaching a nationally recognized competitive gymnastics team. Having been involved with gymnastics and choreography for over 15 years, I have developed a strong passion for musical expression on the gymnastic-floor and my DJ work is a perfect extension of such.

Using my background in Gymnastic Dance Choreography, my DJ work has become a valuable and exciting outlet of expressing my creativity and musical interest.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY SUMMARIZES YOUR DJ STYLE?
Having been trained by dave, and inherently within my own personality and DJ integrity, I realize my presence at your event is to choose the right music for your event - not choosing music from my personal preference, or for my own entertainment.

My DJ style is very similar to dave's, whereby I do not intend on making myself the 'star' or 'entertainer' of your special day. I do intend on providing a memorable evening of dance and great music, while keeping things professional, elegant, and fun.

WHY BECOME A DJ?
I decided to get into DJ work as a creative outlet for expressing myself musically. Choreographing a successful gymnastic routine is very similar to creating an active dance floor at an event in that the music must match the emotion and feeling of the individuals involved. I've been told my ability to read a crowd is very attuned at each event, I believe complimented by my gymnastic choreographing experience.

In my experience thus far, the privilege of making someone's wedding day unique and memorable by bringing to life their vision of a perfect atmosphere and musical setting is very special to me. I honestly feel very honored to be a part of each and every wedding I am asked to attend.

My top priority is to create an elegant, refined atmosphere, without producing a stuffy, or obviously structured evening. The night should appear seamless, spontaneous, and most of all - fun for guests of all ages.

WHAT WOULD YOU CONSIDER YOUR MAIN DJ TOOL - THE MIC OR THE MUSIC?
Music selection and sequence would be my main tool of DJ entertainment, rather than the microphone or party props. Following training from dave donato - My emcee work is done only as deemed appropriate, and only toward the goal of keeping guests informed and prepared through the various events of your evening.

DO YOU BRING PROPS, LIGHTS, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR?
I do not bring any props nor do I teach line dances. I do bring the songs just in case they are needed at a wedding - but I do not play it if left to my own discretion. Again, it's your wedding, not mine. Instead, I tailor the music selection specific to each event; as dictated by crowd interest, and not general wedding tradition or personal influence.
