GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR EVENT INQUIRIES
If you wish to inquire about your date, and see it as available on my Upcoming Schedule - please first contact me and let me know of your intentions. You would then print a copy of my contract as available from this site, sign it, and send the signed contract to me with a check for $600 as deposit, or remit your payment (deposit) via credit card from this website on the Payments page. Upon receipt of your contract, I will sign a copy and return it to you immediately for your records. Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to your actual event date.
 
Faxed contracts must be accompanied by a deposit in order to secure a date. Upon receipt of your contract and deposit, I will sign and return a copy of your contract back to you. On your copy of our contract, a Username and Password will be provided for access to the Client Section.
 
My suggestion is to then overview the Event Planners, and get an idea of what specific information you and your fiance' should pay attention to, then return at another time to complete the information as requested. I will look for your Logistical Planner to arrive within a month or two of your event.
