ONLINE  PAYMENTS - General Information
• I am a certified Authorize.net member, accepting all major credit cards through the Internet's most secure online credit-processing servers.
• If you do not recall your balance, please contact dave to confirm your final contract balance.
 
• Please remit all final payments by the end of the first week, or by the 7th day, one month prior to your actual Wedding date.
Example 1 - A May 5th Event would be due in the first week of April, or by April 7. (Beginning of the month, one month prior)
Example 2 - A July 30th  Event would be due in the first week of June, or by June 7. (Beginning of the month, one month prior)
 
• Online credit card payments are secure, handled through Authorize.net, a major online credit processing solution. I never "see" or receive any of your credit card information.
   
Payments in full at the time of a Contract Exchange are accepted on a limited basis, and at the discretion of dave donato. Full Payments of this nature provide the client to a further fee reduction . Please inquire if interested.
   
• Final balance payments made are non-refundable within 90 days of event date. HOWEVER, all payments would be held as a credit toward future work (there may be a small "hold back" if another artist besides dave donato is involved.)

If your Event date changes or must be postponed, you will have a credit equal to the full amount of all monies paid for a period of up to 5 years from the date of receipt of your contract and deposit.
